This agreement automatically renews. This means that you are obligated to pay the fully amortized amount to San Jose State Athletics for every athletic season after you enter into this agreement unless you terminate this agreement in the manner described in the Automatic Renewal Cancellation Policy below. You agree to continue to purchase the use of the seats and designated areas associated with your membership for each successive athletic season unless and until you exercise your rights to cancel under the Automatic Renewal Cancellation Policy.
You Understand that pricing associated with your membership may increase for any successive season. We will notify you of this increase by sending you an annual invoice no later than December 1st of each year. The payment plan election that you selected will continue to apply for all subsequent seasons.
Automatic Renewal Cancellation Policy: You may opt out no later than thirty (30) days following the initial payment of your membership plan. You may terminate this agreement for the following season by calling 408-924-7589 or sending an email to: OneSpartanNation@sjsu.edu. In the event you timely cancel the automatic renewal, this agreement will terminate, you will not be obligated to pay the invoiced amount for the next athletics season fr any future seasons, you will not receive tickets or benefits indicated on the invoice or any future seasons, and any amounts you have paid for future tickets will be refunded.
